"No heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. It´s also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold."

"Second time saying in 3 months. We stayed in the coach rooms and previously the spa room. Best breakfast offing Iv ever had. Food is great and the spa is amazing. My new favourite place and can’t recommend enough"
