The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and tools to create delicious meals and snacks. We have a crock pot, Keurig dual K-cup/drip coffee maker, french press, rice cooker, toaster, griddle and blender.
Enjoy time together in the game room playing shuffle board, foosball, Pac-man, and various board games. Outside enjoy friendly competition with basketball and corn hole.
Step outside onto the spacious deck where you will find your own oasis surrounded by the beauty of nature. Enjoy a barbecue meal or snacks around the fire pit with your friends and family. Firewood not provided.

Each group will receive 6 community passes for the amenities included with your stay. Four additional guest passes may be purchased from Member Services for $10 per person, per day. The community requires registration of all guests 4 days prior to arrival. You will need to provide names and ages of all guests. There is a $75 fee charged if you do not provide the information 4 days prior to check in. We will not issue refunds for the closing of any community amenities.

We love to welcome responsible dog owners and their furry friends, but please use good judgment if leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time. We allow a maximum of 2 housebroken dogs. We cannot accept cats due to allergies. The pet/s must be included on the reservation. There will be a $200 charge for bringing an undisclosed pet into the home. Pet fees: $100
Community and township quiet hours are 9:00PM to 8:00AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Please do not allow pets to excessively bark and create a disturbance. You will be responsible for any fines issued by the township or HOA.
No smoking or vaping. No incense burning or candles inside.
Fireworks are not allowed at the property per HOA and township ordinance.
Wildlife, including bears, are present in the area. Please enjoy all of the amenities available with caution and at your own risk. Do not leave any food or trash outside or in vehicles.
Home is accessible by stairs only. You will have access to entire house except owners' closet, basement, and attic. Garage is accessible but not available for parking.
We have self-check-in system via smart lock and individualized door code. Check-in is any time after 4:00PM and Check-out is any time before 11:00AM.
For your safety, there is a security camera (Ring doorbell) on the front exterior by the door which is motion activated and by ringing of the doorbell. Per township recommendation, we do have noise monitors that do not record any sound, but instead monitor decibel levels only.
We do not give refunds for weather or natural disasters.
