"Everything was very comfortable and clean. The location was good and felt safe and easy to access by train. The rooms were good size but were not soundproof from the hallway which can be good to know if you wake easily.
One thing to note is that while there were allergy signs displayed at breakfast, the staff could not provide a hard boiled egg for my husband. Since he does not eat gluten, he brought some of his own food to breakfast, but he was hoping to have a few simple options available from the hotel as well. Unfortunately, there were no basic gluten free choices (almost everything contained soy sauce), and he was told they could not provide even a hard boiled egg. It may have been a language barrier or a misunderstanding, but the experience left him feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a result, he felt that he would not return."
