Guest registration is required in advance.
You will receive check-in information and instructions a few days before your arrival.

CHECK-OUT
We will also provide you with detailed instructions on how to check out of the apartment the day before your departure. 
Please do not leave the apartment in a condition that requires excessive or thorough cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.

CHECK-OUT DELAY:
The check-out time is fixed; any delay of 15 minutes will incur a charge of 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange a late check-out in advance.

* All rooms are non-smoking (including the area around the building).
If smoking is confirmed, an additional cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately, and you will be evicted without a refund.
Thank you for not smoking!

* Children are welcome; the total number of guests, including children, is 2 (regardless of the child’s age).

* The minimum damage fee starts at 10,000 yen. Nights during which the property is unavailable for rental due to the damage may be charged additionally.
