My room was not as expected—it was smaller than what was shown on Expedia, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, just as some other guests had mentioned in their reviews. We placed an air purifier in the bathroom while we were in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t eliminate the smell.
I requested a room change a couple of times at the front desk, but it didn’t work out. My stay was over 20 days, and the single-size bed in a room labeled as a double was quite tight and uncomfortable for a longer stay.
Housekeeping came daily before 2 PM, but the quality varied depending on who cleaned that day. It didn’t seem like the bathroom received a deep clean regularly—some days were okay, but others left me questioning the cleanliness.
Despite these issues, the overall stay was decent. Next time, I’ll book a king or queen-size twin room for more space and make sure to check the room photos and descriptions on Expedia more carefully. The front desk staff carried out their duties as expected, though not always with much flexibility or warmth.Thank you.
