Located in crowded Shibuya business district, 4 mins walk from A0 exit (Uniqlo) of Shibuya station! You can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo, such as Skytree, Asakusa, Ueno, Ningyocho, Imperial Palace, Tsukiji Fish Market, Ginza, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, etc. Taking a short walk to Takeshita st, Omotesando, Meiji-Jingu. You’ll love my place, the neighborhood, the light, the coziness and the comfy bed clean!

The following is the detailed description of the apartment and amenities. Please review the information to ensure this listing meets your needs:
・Your private apartment, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom (not shared)
・It's a spacious* 1-bedroom condo BEST FOR 2 GUESTS but can host 4 people using a Japanese-style floor futon.
・The number of guests in reservation as shown below.

1. One full size (approx. 135x210cm) bed frame with mattress sleeps 2 guests.
2. One full size Japanese style floor futon* sleeps the 3rd and/or 4th guests.

・Good mattress, really comfortable!
・Foldable table and chair (in closet)
・Portable mirror (in closet)
・WiFi router
・Air conditioner (cool/heat), water heater with remote control, washing machine with air dry feature (not clothes dryer), electric kettle, refrigerator
・Microwave oven, television, hair dryer
・Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, moose hand soap, facial tissue and toilet paper
・Clean face towel and bath towel
・Basic cooking utensils, frying pans, stock pots, bowls and dishes
・Iron and iron board (in closet)

*Important!!! It’s spacious 1-bd in terms of Japanese view angle in the center of Shibuya. To be specific, the entire property is around 27 sq. meters. When futon is used, there is no floor space left in bedroom. You will need to fold and put aside the futon to get more floor space for eating or opening luggage, etc. The listing pictures show everything of the room. There is no hidden space outside of the pictures. :) Please review them carefully and make sure the space is acceptable before making the booking.

**If you have special request for bedding arrangement, please make sure to communicate with me before booking. Note: floor futon is not in the room. I need to inform cleaner company to prepare it for you.

Unfortunately this place was hilly and it was very small inside and red light area seem to be convenient for shopping as a stone’s throw away! Taxis were a pain as they would drop us off at the bottom or had to walk round as it is a one way entrance.

My husband and our 17 year old daughter stayed here and we loved it! It’s a fantastic location, so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The directions to find the building were precise with photos, we had no problems finding the location. It’s a small space, but that added to the Japanese experience and was more than enough room for the 3 of us.

Convenient but dodgy neighborhood

The room was small but good for 2-3 people. Clean, efficient and in a nice secure building. The location was very convenient to the station and Shibuya scramble, but the road leading up to the building was filled with hostess bars and short term hotels. It really freaked my daughter out to the point she wanted to go to a hotel room. It was too late to cancel the stay so I spent several hundred dollars to get a room in a safer location. The property manager tried to accommodate us with a different property but it was near a different train station. My son and I stayed in the room and weren’t as impacted by the neighborhood as we just walked quickly past the women and bars. We later tried to get a partial refund from VRBO to help cover the additional hotel room but that was rejected.

Condo was too small for 3 people but would be great for a couple. The Japanese futon that was used for the third person was just was a padded blanket but the location was great. They are a lot of small bars and restaurants nearby. I found the best noodle place nearby called Yokohama abura soba. It’s a must try!

Slice of Life in Shibuya

Staying in Shibuya is quite a treat. This place is perfect for those that want a very “local” experience in Shibuya, as it’s next to some of the best spots and easy access to multiple stations. Sieg was a very hospitable host, and provided very detailed check-in instructions. It made the trip from Narita into Shibuya super easy and stress free. Full disclosure: this property is small. It’s roughly the size equivalent of a business hotel. Ideal for solo travelers! It’s good for couples that don’t need a lot of sleeping space, or if you’re super close with a buddy. I wouldn’t recommend more than (2) guests here at one time. If you’re planning ahead, bring an eye mask for sleeping as the curtains don’t block out all of the light in the mornings. Ear plugs are beneficial if you’re trying to sleep early on weekends: the nightlife outside can be heard even from 7 floors up! We use a white noise app that also helped drown out a lot of the hustle and bustle downstairs. As you can imagine: it’s the city and a busy one. If you’re okay with wading through crowds of people at all hours of the evening: you’ll love it! There are the usual amenities and Sieg is very accommodating if you need anything else! Thanks for everything!

First Japan Tip

Excellent! Small but perfect. It has everything you need. 5 minutes easy walk to Shibuya Station. Will definitely stay again. Small warning, it gets loud outside with party people every night. I didn’t care but anyone renting should know wh.texexpect.

Perfect location!

First off, the location is perfect and the condo is quite comfortable. The condo has a great view, well appointed with anything you need, has a very cold AC, and a great view. The host, Sieg, is very accommodating and we will 100% stay here the next time we come to Tokyo. Sieg sends you some very detailed instructions, which makes the check in/checkout process very easy. We found the condo to be very comfortable, though we were only there at night time because there is so much to do in Shibuya! I thought it was perfectly sized for our needs and I could’ve stayed there for much longer than our 3 night stay. We absolutely loved the location because there are restaurants everywhere, shopping is minutes away, and the Shibuya crossing was only a 10 minute walk away. It was literally perfect because it was quiet at night while we slept but so close to everything. This is the place to stay in Shibuya!

Cute Place Conveniently Located

We booked this room for three people - one couple and one single. The pictures on the website were accurate, but the room is really not meant to hold more than two people. The host provided a "futon" on the floor for me (the third guest), but that left little room on the floor so it was a bit cramped. The original futon was very thin and not too comfortable, but our host was extremely responsive when we asked for something else, and a blow-up mattress was all set up in our room the next day. That made a huge difference. Property is in the middle of Shibuya which is very conveniently located to Shibuya station and all kinds of food and shops. The area is full of young people and clubs that are open until 5 a.m., so if you are looking for a quiet and out of the way area this is not the place for you, but it is definitely a fun experience. We would definitely go back again, but the place is much better suited for just one couple (or some good friends, since the bed is a full/queen).
