  • The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Shinjuku Station and offers excellent transportation access to major areas such as Shibuya, Ikebukuro, and Ginza. It’s also just a short bus ride from both Haneda and Narita Airports.
    The compact rooms are ideal for long stays, as they feature two semi-double beds, a bathtub, a basic kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine.
    With many affordable restaurants nearby, this is a comfortable area that will enhance your stay in Tokyo.
    ⚠️ This is a compact studio apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with a semi-double bunk bed. Please note that it might feel a bit cramped for four large adults. The private bathroom has a bathtub, but it is also on the small side. Thank you for your understanding.
    The washer-dryer doubles as a bathroom dryer.
    The unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.

This Vrbo was fantastic! It had plenty of space for me and my friend and all the amenities were exactly what we needed for our stay. The host also communicated extremely well and helped with any questions I had about the stay within a super timely manner. If you are looking to come to Tokyo, Shinjuku is a great place to stay and I highly recommend this Vrbo!

Place is in a relatively good location, one straight road/path and then a left (easy for tourists to remember) from Shinjuku Station - Place was exactly as described & the check-in/out process was simple! The host has amazing communication, both prior too and during my stay (was very clear on what to expect on arrival, provided clear instructions of any rules/processes required). I’d say the host went above and beyond for the cleaning process (as where I live we only use one bin for mostly everything, had a case from my end where I should’ve prepared sorted rubbish bags but didn’t in time with the cleaners and advise what to do next - which benefits us). Would recommended to anyone wanting to stay and experience the of life of Japan!

Check in was easy and very clear with proper instructions that are provided in a p.d.f. from the host. You have everything you need and a very cozy space and just enough for what you needed for and also very central to shinjuku area, which is very helpful.
