“The staff, the room, the view, just everything in the apartment itself (dishes, coffee machine, fridge, towels, bathroom, washing machine, the AC...). We really felt welcomend and comfortable and would anytime come back. The shop just vis-à-vis was amazing and had everything we needed for a quick dinner and/or breakfast. Staff was lovely, one lady even spoke german and we could reach some destinations by foot. Highly recommend.”
“The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping.”

Rooms in Tokyo are small in general but the pictures made them seem larger than general. Clever solutions made it possible for two people to coexist in the rooms at the same time however, such as storage under bed for suitcases and plenty of empty shelving to use for your stuff.
And the other thing I wish I would have known. The breakfast is totally not worth 1500 yen per person per night. They should be ashamed of themselves as the food offered is subpar, premade everything, no selection of anything and almost no seating (they suggest you bring your tray of stuff to the reception floor). You're better off taking your money to the local kombini or the café next door. We walked to Dennys a few blocks away and had a tastier cooked breakfast for less money than the breakfast. Manager said they're reviewing the breakfast offering but make sure they actually changed it before you book.
Also final gripe, which is very minor. The elevator stops at the reception on the 2nd floor every time you go up. It's so annoying. Why does it do this even if you have the keycard to unlock it?"
