“Great location, near shopping, restaurants, cafes, and a short walk to the beach. My room had a kitchenette and refrigerator. Very clean. A nice pool area, plus an adjacent kid’s play area. The only negatives: my room was a distance away from the lobby, and my devices had difficulty initially connecting to the wifi. I went to a common area near the lobby, and was able to connect there. After that, no problems in my room either. Other issue is that diesel tour buses park on the street below some...

“From start to finish the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Hosts were also amazing and were on top of everything, requests were handled with a quick response. Suite was well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean, balcony was a bonus. The neighborhood is just outside the tourist zone but very walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Be kind to the stray cats and dogs, feed them if you can, they are part of the charm. ”
