“Very poor experience with customer support. Didn’t get the deposit link after contacting them several times without response. AC unit was broken and we had much trouble getting help to fix it. When we requested an extra hour, Regina was incredibly rude and gave us attitude. Overall terrible customer service. Do better.”

“We had our worst stay ever in this place. DO NOT trust the pictures. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s no outdoor pool even though the second picture provided shows one. Rooms were dirty, plates and cutlery were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom were dirty (feces around the we), beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. The staff were as unprofessional as they come. First, we were moved to another property (in the middle of a construction area)...
