“The best thing about the stay is the view at night. Everything else is not the best. The property needs to be updated. The carpet is badly stained and the linen even has holes in it. The worst part about the stay is the check in process. It is unorganized and several steps back and forth with the company to get access to the place and parking with all details needed. They also pull fire alarms often and you are like on the 47th floor. Needless to say I would not return or recommend this...

“We had our worst stay ever in this place. DO NOT trust the pictures. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s no outdoor pool even though the second picture provided shows one. Rooms were dirty, plates and cutlery were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom were dirty (feces around the we), beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. The staff were as unprofessional as they come. First, we were moved to another property (in the middle of a construction area)...

“The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
