“We only stayed one night but the room was great and in a great location. The check was quick and easy etc. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had our worst stay ever in this place. DO NOT trust the pictures. Our room looked nothing like the pictures. There’s no outdoor pool even though the second picture provided shows one. Rooms were dirty, plates and cutlery were dirty, floors were dirty, bathroom were dirty (feces around the we), beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the room smelled bad. The staff were as unprofessional as they come. First, we were moved to another property (in the middle of a construction area)...

“They are not at all responsible for answering during the check in process. No proper instructions about chekin or parking. Had to find another accomodation last minute and ruined our plans and trip, and didn't even take responsibility.”

“Superbe apparemment mais service pitoyable auprès de l’hôte. Cette appartement est stylé AirBnb, sans réception. Nous avons attendu plus de 2h avant d’avoir accès à la clé de l’appartement, aucune ligne téléphonique répondait, délais d’environ 5-10 min entre chaque courriel, refuse de m’appeler malgré la demande (5-6 fois).”

“Clean and great location”

“Customer support was non-responsive. WIFI did not work during my whole stay, when I called them to fix it they said they would come by to fix, but did not and when I followed up, they did not answer. Key fob to get into the building did not work and when i tried the code they provided, no one answered. So I had to try calling them a few times before they let me in the building. The fridge had a really funky smell. Thankfully, I stayed for work so it was only for 2 nights and I didn’t pay out...
