âLovely small hotel very close to Kensington Olympia. I booked a standard double for me and my friend and I didnât realise that these rooms only had 140 beds. But reception helped us to upgrade for a small fee to a larger room with a larger bed, for a small extra fee, so that was great!
The bed was really comfortable to sleep in and they have two types of pillows which was very appreciated.
Nice bathroom and shower, only downside is that the shower curtain is too short so the floor is quite wet...

I opted out of cleaning during my three night stay as it didnât feel necessary (got a voucher to the bar as thanks) but the room was very well cleaned when I arrived so that was not a problem at all. The only thing I could say was that the bathroom smelt a little bit moist. Nothing that I worried about, just mildly noticeable when going into the bathroom. No smell in the rest of the room though!
I had some problem with the pump on the soap, but I asked the reception if they could look at it on my way out for the day and when I returned it was fixed. Very pleased with the customer service of the hotel.
