“Helt ok Centralt”

“good”

“When I arrived at the hotel and had checked in I discovered that the hotel had put me in an smoking room and no non-smoking room was available in the same class. They could only downgrade me to an non smoking single room and change the room next day. I agreed since my wife wouldn't show up until the next day. The following day I received a new room, but the ac sounded like an helicopter once again I complained and the reception change to another room and at the same time upgraded me to an suite,...

“Awful”

“The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work.”

“Hotellet var slitet och städning sisådär. Inte vad som förväntats av ett 4stjärnigt hotell. Servicen var dock bra, de hjälpte till med att bära in en extrasäng till en extra gäst till låg kostnad, samt med extra städning vid behov.”

“In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.”

“Staff was helpful and nice but the room not clean at all , hair in the bed shower dirty mirror never been washed for years Price is low but 5$ more for another place is a good investment”

“This neighborhood boutique hotel served their community during ramadan for the entire month of our stay. Staff made an honest effort to satisfy our requests. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there are a few things to work out like regulating water tempature, construction noise and only a sheet covered the new matress. The breakfast was typical - basic idli, fruit, etc. They make great tea. It is well located.”

“Rena och mysiga lakan!! Händer typ aldrig i Indien. Prisvärt ochhyfsat nära strandpromenaden och tåg”

“No complaints. Staffs are very co-operative”

“Good”

“They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! ”

“Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. ”

“Worst area to stay in Mumbai”

“I arrived and the manager couldnt find my booking. He was rude and aggressive and demanded that I call hotels.com even though i had already paid. He eventually realised he had made a mistake and found my booking, but didnt offer any sort of apology. The room was a street view with zero sound-proofing which meant the honking was relentless. It was also dirty, the bed frame seemed as though it hadnt been cleaned in weeks.”
