“Clean room clean everything - but the bathroom door does not give no source of privacy- I think a sliding door and the restroom not having an extractor is not good for me I like privacy while in the restroom. Also getting charged to park in the hotels parking lot I think is not good”

I felt that the hotel misrepresented itself with the photos online, starting with the pool. There were very few seats available and no amenities. Also, our beds were extremely uncomfortable. “Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”

“Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate”

“The property was perfect, it was an entire house in a nice area. It was very clean and the laundry facility was a big plus. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

“Big rooms, but they really need to have a makeover. The beds are comfy in some rooms, others worn down. The staff are quite friendly but you see plates with old food in the corridors for hours, long queue for breakfast etc. I had the feeling that this wasn’t because of the staff but due to poor management. ”

“House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

“This place was very dirty and unsanitary. I could smell weed when walking through the hallways and through the vent in my room. The couch was very dirty. There was a big stain on the cushion. There was an awful smell when I walked into the room. It was not comfortable to be in.”

“AC not working properly 85 degrees in room. Spoke with maintenance he said it doesn’t get better. So the hotel needs new Ac unit. One of the clerks said there was swamp coolers in the hotel no AC.”

“We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends”
