“Such a fantastic stay! The location is perfect — steps away from great restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is spotless, with beautifully modern decor that feels both stylish and welcoming. The staff were so sweet and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better. It felt cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The only letdown was the breakfast. The selection was limited, overpriced, and unfortunately everything tasted stale.”

“Big rooms, but they really need to have a makeover. The beds are comfy in some rooms, others worn down. The staff are quite friendly but you see plates with old food in the corridors for hours, long queue for breakfast etc. I had the feeling that this wasn’t because of the staff but due to poor management. ”

“Nice little place. Has everything you need! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet! Very clean! Always #1 when i stay somewhere. Bed was very comfy!! Great communication with host!! Available with any questions but check-in and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if they have me!”

“Room was great and looked clean but because of the cigarette smell made it seemed it was cleaned. It was a non-smoking room and it stench of cigarette and asked if I could be relocated because I couldn’t sleep with smell they said all the rooms are like that! It was the only thing that was very disappointing. ”

“This is a great hotel. I’ve been staying at a whole bunch of different hotels over the past year and this is absolutely one of the best when it comes to service, room (I love the concrete floor in the room) and pool area. Tip: avoid the Cartel coffee shop. At 10.30 on a Saturday they were already out of yoghurt, croissants etc. Luckily they still had coffee, but only one size and it wasn’t good (but expensive). The staff in the coffeeshop also were pretty unfriendly.”

“We really enjoyed our time at Mountain Shadows Resort and would come back again. We booked a double Queen premium room with a pool facing balcony. The room felt modern and the windows were a beautiful design feature. The location of our room within the property was perfect. The rooms were clean and well appointed, but we missed having a fridge in the room and there were no ice machines available in the building. I understand resorts aren’t DIY friendly and are meant to be more full service, but...
