“Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I wish they had an earlier check in time than 4pm, but we made it work. We had a possible toilet leak when we were out that flooded our room. Staff was quick to spot the issue and when we arrived back from an outing they had already assigned a new room. None of our items were damaged in the flood either. Staff apologized profusely for the room change, but it was completely understandable and out of their control. Rooms were clean as was the rest of...

“There were small roaches in the sink. It was too late look for another hotel since we were only there for a few hours prior to leaving for a cruise the next day. The room they moved us to toilet flush system was horrible too.”

“Beautiful, well-appointed suites. Everything was spotless. Traveled with 3 children and it was comfortable for everyone. Breakfast was good and the area was well kept and supplied. Friendly staff.”

“Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

Check in my wife and I only towel, wash cloth, hand towel for one. No mat for floor when you get out of shower. Second day no clean sheets and no clean towels and etc. At check in no instructions on how to get on WIFI like password. Overall poor experience.”

“Check in was easy and the employees were kind. There was an issue with the first room I received, but it was addressed promptly. The room was clean and it was quiet considering there were large humidifiers running 24/7 in the hallways. The building needs some repairs and I was disappointed with the hot water temperature; it was lukewarm with the notch turned to the highest heating setting. The breakfast was muffins, yogurt, cereal, fruit, waffles, and Juice/coffee.”

“This is a really nice hotel in Slidell. The room was great for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, the bed sofa was quite uncomfortable. The hotel was clean. Good breakfast with hot and cold alternatives. The food at the social evening was great. The pool was nice and clean”
