“This is an nice house and it could be much better with some better maintenance and hosting efforts. Three BR upstairs with two Bathrooms there. So the bad news. Cleaning going on delayed or check in. Checked in to a chirping smoke detector. Neighbor fix it guy tried to fix it but it beeped all night and the maintenance phone guy said they could not come that day. I ended up getting on the kitchen counter and removed it. Several lights out so not enough light to read in Master”

“The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. The outside maintenance appeared dirty. I saw a housekeeper (male) throw dirty towels from the second floor down to the first floor landing on the floor, eew, are these the towels we use to bathe?”
