“Fantastic hotel in the middle of Beijing. Close to everything. Management and stuff outstanding. (some of the staff had difficult with english but they manage anyhow) The hotel is located in the old town of Beijing, so called Hutong houses. So symphatic and best of service. Dont miss this if you go to Beijing. Our stay on Jingshan Garden Hotel made our stay in Bejing to a unforgotten memory, for sure we come back.”

“Hotellet var svårt att hitta, men låg väldigt pittoreskt i hutongerna. Det erbjöds en mycket prisvärd frukost för en billig peng. Kvarteren runt omkring var livliga med gott om trevliga restauranger och på hotellets gård fanns också en trevlig pub. Det enda som var mindre bra var badrummet/toaletten som var inne i en glasbur i rummet. Det finns en rullgardin att dra mer för privacy - men vi var inte bekväma med lösningen.”

“The address on Expedia was misleading, I contacted the property and received a different address for where to go as we were walking around for a while before we could find it. It is inside a bigger building with another hotel on different floors which is why we were so confused. “The name of this place is actually Base-Gonti Serviced Apartment and it was perfect for our trip. We stayed in their "Executive Studio" and the room has plenty of storage space for our luggages (2 medium/2 carry-on), a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom. The hotel is very clean and safe and I appreciated the free in-room wifi and house slippers. “The hotel was a little bit challenging to find in a pitch black hutong, but thanks to a GPS-map we figured it out. Once there we were checking in, and the staff working could speak absolutely NONE english. After a while of gestures and nodding we got to our room, which was good! Bed was wonderfully hard, and large as I like them to be. Didn't sleep so good in our whole stay in China as I did in Citycourt Hotel. Lovely. “We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. The location was perfect, stepping right outside the hotel onto Qianmen road. The only problem as that our room smelled a little smoky and moldy at times but when we told the receptionist they fixed it right away and we also got offered to transfer room. The breakfast was edible, both Chinese and European choices. ”
