The owners extended gracious southern hospitality and shared history of the house and their work in restoring the it from its dilapidated state to its present beauty and charm. For us it was very convenient and restful as we were in town for a baby shower of a friend the next morning. ”

“Great for an older property. Wanted something different, got it. Historic. Could have been informed about a/c problem. Toilet backed up after three days. Staff very nice and accommodating. Would have liked to have a room with a better view, not of a/c units, as first time guest. Alot of vacant buildings, a little shady as you walk blocks from the hotel. ”

“I booked this hotel for a business trip based upon the 3 star rating on hotels.com. Upon arrival, the check in was quick but found that i could have stayed the week for 199 instead of 350. The room was a disaster. The mirror had fallen, no toilet paper, no bottom sheet, no trash can. The room stunk and was in horrible repair. Most clientele appeared to be crackheads and no amenities were available. Furniture was worn out and covers torn. Evening clerk packed up and went home and if you called...
