“Very friendly staff in the reception and security very polite and always greeted you with respect. Room clean and fully equipped like refrigirator and coffemaker. Maybe room somewhat not updated but alright. I stayed for a full week and was very pleased. ”

“Hyfsat nybyggt, trevlig och service inriktad personal. Ligger i Koreatown. Väldigt bra med gratis parkering. Sköna sängar. Hotellet är dock lite väl sterilt byggt men perfekt för 1-2 övernattningar. ”

“The surrounding area is quite shady but the hotel is very nice with spacious rooms and good pool area. Good water pressure in the shower. A little unnecessary with the 13$ a day parking fee as there were plenty of spaces. The only problem was that it was extremely noisy between rooms. We were on the bottom floor and could not sleep at all because the people upstair galloped around like an elephant herd, showered for half an hour at midnight (water running was very noisy)and kept ”screaming” all...

“Jättebra hotell i närheten av LAX, gratis shuttlebus dygnet runt. Inga restauranger eller möjligheter till shopping i närheten. Några kilometer till hyrbilskontoren, går att promenera. Bar med restaurang finns på hotellet samt mindre kiosk. Perfekt hotell att sova på inför flygresa.”

“Fick fel rum då receptionen blandade ihop vårt efternamn med annan gäst. Sköna sängar. Tyvärr kackerlacka i badrummet och störande alarm från rummet brevid. Inte den bästa natten.”

“The only problem I had was the cleaning staff entered my room and cleaned without my permission , nothing seemed to be missing but when all your personal items are laying around you don’t want people coming in your space, until after we leave.”

“We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great due to close access to freeways. We red from other reviews that it was a bit noisy from the freeway but we weren´t bothered about that. Last but not least, one of the staff in the breafast area, Ashley, was very service minded and greeted us with a warm smile every morning. Excellent service from her.. We can higly recommend this hotel.”

“Overall this was a good hotel, front desk was super friendly, beds were comfortable and the breakfast that we bought coupons for was really good. Service at the breakfast bar was a bit slow though and they had not opened the pool at 8am as advertised - we had to ask twice before the manager came and opened it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
