“It has an Ecco theme. As you walk down the hallways, they have birds chirping. Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful wood and artwork everywhere. A great gift shop and Hudson’s bar and restaurant- the best dinner we have ever had, walnut crusted warm Brie cheese, Berry Salad with mozarella mixed with cream and lots of berries on top, and excellent crab cakes. We LOVED this hotel!!!!”

“The hotel could use an update. Also extra fees galore, fees for food that you didn’t know was going to be on the bill and if you don’t use it you lose it and still have to pay. Seems illegal to do this”

“Lights were confusing and didnt all work. Rain shower was broken. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb sign. ”

“Good Stuff: I don't know if all the rooms are like this but the one we had was a Queen bed with pull-out couch. It had a mini-kitchen with fridge and plenty of room. The shower was amazing. The staff was awesome, it felt really safe to be there, breakfast had a lot of options, and it was clean. Stuff you should know: There is no parking on-site so you either need to use the valet ($49 / day), park on the street, or use a parking garage down the street ($24 / day). There are two...

“Lobby not welcoming. Most places have welcome coffee, which is nice and they had nothing except a nice clerk that stressed that nothing was complimentary! ”

“We've been to the area many times and never have stayed at the Hyatt Place. In the past it was overpriced and we've stayed at the Residence Inn down the street many times. This time as we checked ahead of time the Hyatt was cheaper. We were pleasantly surprised about everything at this hotel and will stay here again and maybe even if its price is close to the Residence Inn. Very nice place all around. The breakfast bar was one of the best we've had!!!”
