âWe had a wonderful time staying at The Silk Pincushion. Judy and Dennis are the sweetest hosts, we had such a lovely time getting to chat with them over the amazing breakfasts that Judy cooked. This B&B is just a few minutes walk away from downtown Golden, we really enjoyed getting to walk around the town, through the trails nearby, and along the river. The bed was comfortable and the home has so much character! We will absolutely be staying here again and recommending this to our friends and...

When you think of mountain inns, you might expect something a little dated or rusticâbut this was anything but that. It was modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed in every way, while still maintaining its charm.

âBecause our stay was preceded by a week of camping we were delighted to have on site laundry facilities. We chose the site originally because of proximity to family. We found it very easy to access the community and to park when we returned. Breakfast had many options that was alway fresh with a very nice seating area. The room had plenty of space and the beds & pillows were very comfortable.â

âStay was great staff generally friendly except the bartender
Guess he was busy. Only time he acknowledged us was to say what he didnât have. The food was good. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.â
âCleanest place we have ever stayed. Our go to place when visiting family. Busy place so book early. Always bummed if we canât get rooms here. Plus super close to places to eat and Walmart for essentials. â
âOverall this is a great spot - convenient, great staff, great bar/food options. The only slight negative was the lack of cleanliness of the outdoor space (lots of dirty dishes left on tables with no people sitting at them) and the missing corn hole sacks. Other than that the experience was stellar and we would definitely return. Also, the bar staff deserve a raise. I have never seen hotel bartenders so eager and willing to accommodate guests close to closing/after posted hours. Truly exceptional...
