Hotell med wi-fi i Tulum

“Personalen var trevliga, rummet bra. Dock väldigt lyhört. ”

“Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

“Extremely poor standard of the room. Room was dirty and not properly cleaned upon arrival nor during the days we stayed there. Poor service from the staff. Spiders and animals in the room. Holes in the furniture. Overall my worst experience from any hotel so we decided to check out early and find a new place to stay. Not worth the money you are paying. The location is absolutely amazing right at a magical beach. But there others hotel in the area, choose them instead! Just be aware that it’s...

“Very nice hotel, it merges nicely with the nature. Positive notes Temazcal, Spa, cleanliness and 1 guy (and only one) at the reception who is doing his best to help guests. Negative notes The jacuzzis do not have hot water and the lighting does not work. The jacuzzi is supposed to be private and exclusive to the room, every night we found other couples using our terrace and sunbeds. My advice do not pay extra for a jacuzzi room unless you are looking for a cold water tank. The water pressure on...

“we were looking for a hotel at the end of our trip and came here and were so positive surprised. This hotel is amazing. From the extreme welcome of the staff and the beautiful layout of the hotel you feel like you are on a jungle vacation. They have a super nice, clean and large pool area and we were there all by ourselves. they will give you a shuttle to the entrance of the Jaguar park, as well as a band so you can ride the electric transportation in the park to go to the national park beaches...

“A perfect spot near beach and Downtown Tulum. The staff is amazing. The only downside is the breakfast. Easy to do better. A lot of fruits but some more bread, cheese and ham. Etc ”

“Hotellet låg bra vid havet och rummen var mycket fina och rena. Enkelt men snyggt. Mycket hjälpsamma i receptionen”

“Läget vid stranden är väldigt bra. Ligger en bit utanför Tulum. Lugnt och stilla. Kvaliteten på boendet var undermålig. Slitet. Trasiga lakan. Trasiga handdukar.
