Found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating with top notch service and the hotel is very well located with a gorgeous stretch of beach area and walking distance to the best restaurants and bars in tulum. “My stay at Milam was great. Quiet and relaxing. The food and service is excellent. The staff was very accommodating. At one point I had misplaced my wallet and they went as far as checking the security cameras to see what I did with it when I finished my breakfast.
