“Smelly hallways”

“They had not changed the sheets when I got my room, just made the bed. Hair and some jewelry piece still in the bed. It's cheap, but they should afford to launder the sheets at 70$/night.”

“Good price for room rate and convenient for going to St. Edwards graduation ceremony. Whatever was used for covering previous smoke odor not working. Sink took away from shelf space to spread out your toiletries. No kleenex in room. ”

“Used this hotel twice, and enjoyed it, the location was convenient for us, the breakfast quite good and the room we got was spacious and the beds really nice. The only guy we saw in the reception was the friendliest receptionist ever (named Carl if i recall correctly). The pool was nice as well, so we are glad we picked this hotel.”

“Couple of dead flies in the corner of the room. Saw 2 live cockroaches over 4 days, clearly dazed from insecticide because they didn't try to run. Some mold on the bathroom walls but shower head and floor were clean. Room door does not fully seal, small amount of rain pooled on the floor as a result. You can hear all of the highway traffic too but the hotel is literally right off I-35 so that's to be expected. Had to ask for new room key after 2 nights when it suddenly stopped working. Staff...

“Decent and well located in a scenic area. Bathrooms and bed were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was very good. Breakfast was good. We had the two room suite which was roomy however the carpet in the room was dirty and the furniture worn. The hotel is undergoing a long-needed renovation but we had no inconvenience from it and hotel was quiet during our weeknight stay. Check-in was polite and helpful.”
