“Amazing views and staff”

“This hostel is a great choice in Santa Cruz. It's right in front of the dock so no rolling your suitcase over rocky paths. It's also a 4 minute walk to the party hostel Free Cerveza if you want to get that energy and use their dock, and a 10 minute walk to nice kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. I stayed in a Private the whole time. The first was Balto and the second was Toliman. Toliman was gorgeous and had a lake view - would be great for a couple. I think I preferred Balto because at...

“This spot was booked for our honeymoon. The lake town is vibrant and full of energy. We loved this establishment because it captured the beauty of the lake while allowing us to enjoy our time away from all the noise. The staff here made us feel fantastic and knowing they have a restaurant on site where all the staff get to know your name was fantastic. We went from town to town after our stay here and I wish we stayed in this hotel for the whole time. ”

“I paid for my stay though cheap tickets. It was prepaid and they over charged me and charged me for stay again. I have 3 charges from Saasil retreat now even though staff promised they won’t make this mistake because they stated they know pre-paid doesn’t show in their system. Thank God I only stayed there for 3 days. ”
