Hotell nära Under the Bridge

Omni hotel i Los Angeles.”

“Let’s start with the good: the staff were always friendly. Check-in was smooth, and we could go straight to the room thanks to the Sonder app. Now for the bad. On our first morning, we discovered that the toaster basically caused a fire—it completely incinerated the bread due to a malfunction. When we later tried to heat up a store-bought pizza, the oven didn’t work either. I reported the issue, and they said a technician would come by, but no one showed up. The following day, a technician...

“Historic hotel. Friendly staff. Good location.”

“Our experience at the”

“Very nice stay at the Haas Building. The loft-style apartment was very spacious and clean with a very nice city view. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can really recommend this place and would definately stay here again. ”

“The room was smaller than we thought, but it was a good size! There was enough space for 2 of us to have our luggage out when we needed. We spent most of the day out and about anyways, so it did the job for sleeping and showering. The rooms are clean and modern, and housekeeping was great! Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating when we had an issue, definitely there to help.”

“Good standard. Nothing special.”

“Having a so called resort, or destination fee to cover WiFi and rent bikes is just ridiculous. Include it in the price for the room, instead of inventing idiotic add ons. Apart from that, nice room, breakfast was decent, but had it not been included in the room, I wouldn’t have paid $28 for it. This is DTLA so the weak hearted should not go out for walks in the area during the evenings, as there’s a lot of homeless people in the area.”

“The area is a little iffy but the staff was very kind and it was easy to get to and from destinations. Thank you to the very kind staff!!!”
