Mercure Gloucester Bowden Hall Hotel
The room was great - clean and with the facilities we wanted. It was warm in the room with no thermostat though. The staff were fabulous - nice and friendly in the bar restaurant and housekeeping.

Hatton Court
Excellent room, spotless and comfortable. All staff were good and the customer service very good. A special mention to Ellis who was excellent in both his manner and professionalism and is an asset to the team . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

Communication beforehand was excellent with all instructions very clear The apartment and parking were central and easy to access The accommodation was luxurious, clean and well equipped - the bed was amazing. Great stay overall! The apartment was cozy, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Self check in was easy and smooth, the location was convenient. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.😊
