“A truly traditional Japanese experience! As soon as I arrived, I was asked to change into their slippers and relax in the lobby while enjoying a welcome drink，all while looking out over the most peaceful lake view. Later, the staff carried my luggage to the room and thoughtfully explained every detail. The private onsen was spotless, and the view from the window was absolutely breathtaking. “Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!”

“Vi var 4 personer på skidsemester och stannade en natt. Det är nära till skidorten Furano. Hotellet höll japansk ryokan standard dvs delad toalett med andra gäster och man fick själv bädda med madrasser på golvet.”
