“Location of hotel is excellent: 5 min walk from train station and lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and convenient for 2 people. Only thing was that only one pillow provided and hallways outside the room have a unique smell, sometimes like urine. Hotel is shared with town residents. Overall, would recommend!”

“Extraordinary terrace with panoramic view of Nice and the sea!! Thierry is an accommodating host who promptly answered any questions we had. He welcomed our dogs, who also loved the terrace. The building is located on a secure site with several other buildings. The penthouse apartment is a large accommodation with well equipped kitchen for complete meal preparation should you wish to do that. And you will, because the terrace is so amazing! There are two other smaller terraces to the rear, one...

“An evaluation of the apartment based on its location and interior layout: 1. Location & Neighborhood: Outstanding (Musiciens District) * Transit Access: Exceptional. You are approximately a 5 to 7-minute walk to Gare de Nice-Ville (main train station, ideal for day trips to Monaco, Cannes, or Antibes) and steps from the Alsace-Lorraine / Thiers tram stops (direct access to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport via Tram Line 2). * Neighborhood Vibe: Situated in the prestigious Quartier des Musiciens...

“Everything about the apartment was great location wise and lots of space, check in was great. The only call out is the pillows for the beds, they are lumpy and made it uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. Pillows definitely need to be updated on the beds.”

“Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town.”

“Great position, nice inside. Entrance hallway a little daunting”

“Appartement très bien situé, près de la gare, des trams et épiceries à proximité. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. L’air climatisé est très appréciée dans chacune des chambres. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie un peu et aurait avantage à avoir un support en hauteur pour y accrocher le pommeau de douche, même si on arrive à se débrouiller tel quel. Le salon, la salle à manger sont spacieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon pour y prendre nos petits...
