“I booked the home many weeks in advance with it saying on Expedia it was fully refundable up until a day before arriving. I tried to cancel the stay because our flight was cancelled and there was no refund. When I tried to contact the owner several times I received no response and was billed 100% of the rental rate. Not only will I not stay here again, I will not trust any of these “homes” to honor their refund policy.”

“Hanna the host was most amazing ensuring I had transportation from the airport to the studio. The studio was better than my expectations clean and neat. Although the studio is nestled in old town it is very easy to get to. Honestly I felt like I was in the heart of Nice❤️. I feel as though I left my ❤️ in Nice 🥹.”

“Great location, super close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place itself is really cute and clean. If you use the washing machine then there will be an unpleasant smell but otherwise the place was great! I would definitely come back. ”

“Very nice and spacious flat with great views. Apartment was bright, comfortable, and clean. Conveniently located near train station and within walking distance to Old Nice and the waterfront. Many restaurant and market options directly nearby. Instructions to find the unit were very useful, the only confusion was finding the correct train station terminal as the signage at transit stops was unclear. The host was very communicative and helpful. Air conditioner and fan helped for the summer heat,...
