Mycket trevlig unikt, modernt, ljust, första våningen vid havet 2 sovrum hörnet platt, med sex franska fönster med utsikt över havet och vackra tropiska trädgårdar åt sidan. Lägenheten är fullt utrustad på huvud Promenade des Anglais, stranden tvärs över gatan, offentliga och privata. Har A / C. Byggnaden är 100 meter från den världsberömda Negresco hotellet, bussar till flygplatsen och andra städer i framför byggnaden. Järnvägsstationen ca 10 min promenad som tar dig till Cannes, Monaco, italienska Rivieran etc. GARAGE är ett alternativ. Nära den fascinerande gamla stan (Vieux Nice), känd för sina blomster, antikt och grönsaksmarknader som förvandlas till härliga restauranger i strax. Fina för alla smaker, rik med museer, konstgallerier, operahus, musikfestivaler, vattensporter, golf, skidåkning 1h. bort .En stor plats för en fantastisk semester. Superb stay

The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage.

Amazing location

Absolutely fabulous location with a wonderful view. We loved sitting in the living room looking out to sea and watching all the comings and goings on the Promenade. We were on holiday as 2 couples, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The single mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were a bit soft for us as adults but we understand that this will be changed soon. Frances was great and provided some very helpful tips for activities, restaurants and excursions. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location - nice clean flat

Very easy check-in and check-out with the very synaptic Francis. Perfect location at the promenade. The flat had a room with double bed and another room with two single beds. Every room had it‘s own A/C. Everything was very clean.

Great place and great location!

Great place right on the promenade, about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. You are right on the public beach or can use a private section where you can rent beds. Place was very clean, ac worked very well and Frances was great with the check in process .

Apartment was exactly as shown. Very clean and spacious in a great location. The beach clubs across the street do create noise at night which can be heard in apartment, but location and views of water made up for it. All in all a great place to stay in Nice. I would definitely stay again.

A lovely trip to Nice

We had a great stay at the property. The apartment was as described. Francine, the property manager was a godsend when our little one got sick and she helped us navigate a doctor coming to the property and then helped us with the pharmacy to get her prescription filled. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the promenade and all that Nice has to offer. We loved our stay. We look forward to returning again and staying there.

The property was in a perfect location close to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the train you can take to other places near Nice. It was clean & spacious with the main bathroom having one of the biggest showers we’ve seen in Europe.

The view of the water could not be any better. Nice apartment with good hosts and many wonderful shops just steps away. Try riding a bike along the promenade or to the harbor.

Wonderful Condo in a Fabulous Town

My friend and I absolutely loved this condo. Everything about it felt like home. The best was sitting in the living room with an unbelievable view of the water. The location is really great. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. We easily walked to the old town, the train station, the Russian Orthodox Cathedral (all 10-15 minutes away). I definitely hope to stay in this condo the next time I am in Nice.

NICE what vacation dreams are made off!!

Perfect accommodations for three of us ladies. Apartment is very clean and well keep. Location is great w beautiful ocean views across the promenade. Groceries, beach clubs, restaurants all easily in walking distance. Frances, our host, was gracious and helpful upon arrival and checking in on our stay. There was some breakdown in communication w owner prior to arrival as she made an error with my email address so I didn’t receive prior information/ instructions for access until late the night before arrival. VRBO site is glitchy and does not always work for important conversation. I suggest following up on all your correspondence w owner at least a week before your arrival date. Highly recommend! I would stay again if I travel again to Nice!

Fabulous apartment in great location!

Apartment was well appointed just as advertised. Air conditioning throughout which worked great! Good communication from both owner and property manager. Easy check in and check out. Apartment is up one flight of stairs and directly across from the beach with several beach clubs and restaurants close by. Tram to take you to Old Nice or Airport is just a few blocks away. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

The best location with view of the Mediterranean Sea

First time in Nice, but won’t be the last.

We couldn’t have expected a better place for our family of 4 to spend a week in Nice. The property is well represented on VRBO and as comfortable & pleasant as one would hope. Beautiful flat overlooking the sea

This two bedroom/two bathroom is perfect for a family. Air conditioner units in both bedrooms and living room/kitchen. The kitchen was fully stocked with all your needs. Washer/dryer combo and dishwasher. The walk to the beach is two minutes and there’s loads of restaurants within walking distance. Old Town is about a 20 minute walk. I would recommend this flat to anyone visiting Nice!!

Cute place in Nice with a great view!

Our family of three from California recently spent four nights in this lovely, beachfront apartment in Nice. The location was ideal and allowed us to very easily visit the beach as often as we wanted to and was also within walking distance of all the shopping and restaurants we could possibly visit. To only have to walk a few steps to get to the promenade was a treat and if you don't want to walk anymore, you can sit comfortably in the living room and enjoy looking out at the beach and people going by. Even with its street and beach location the apartment was very quiet and easy to relax in after a long day of visiting historic Nice. We would definitely recommend this place to stay. The pictures represented the apartment well but the view from its windows is far better in person! Thank you, Frances!
