“This is a fairly new and large hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room suite was a good size with a separate Kitchen/Living area and bedroom. Room was not cleaned the first night we stayed, even though no sign was left on the door to indicate cleaning was not required. Given the nightly room rate, this was totally unacceptable.
