"We arrived later as requested.No lights were on. No one answered the door and we were given no instructions. We had to leave but my credit card was charged. Id like my full refund asap."

"Only 1 out of 3 baseboard heaters worked. Neither the beadroom baseboard heater nor the bathroom heater worked. There was not one in the living room. There was a gas fireplace in the living room that worked most of the time but the breaker had to be reset at one point because there was no power. I messaged on two different days to ask about the heat and did not get a response. The week I was staying had extremely cold weather and I had to make double ziplock bags with hot water to warm the bed....

"Clean, and well decorated suite with a fantastic view of Harrison Lake and beautiful pines outside. Bed was comfortable, a nice long soaker tub in the bathroom was a nice touch. Convenient little kitchenette. Interesting property built on the edge of the lake with sloping gardens and paths. Quite pretty! Only negative is that we didn’t heard back from the manager on a special request until the night before our stay making it hard to plan our morning."

"After booking two months in advance, we were unable to stay here. This may have been unique to our experience. A conversation with the host verified that two dogs would be allowed on the property, so I went ahead to confirmed the booking. The host of the property was surprised when I contacted them at 3 PM check-in time for the details. It appears the property is listed on multiple sites and there was a technical issue, which resulted in overbooking. This left us scrambling with our two dogs...

"Nice clean well equipped easy to access allow pets with stunning view. We both enjoyed our quick (couple days only) stay, we had recharged our batteries and our little but old dog totally enjoyed too"

"This hotel was Conveniently located and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and comfortable and fully stocked kitchenettes are available. I did not like the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom section and would have enjoyed an amazing tub had it been within the washroom"

"It's great to have a laundry room on every floor. The hours were8-10pm. They locked the laundry rooms at that time on the site. Parking is CAD$24. It's conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. Love the Footo croissant restaurant next door with really fresh croissant breakfast sandwiches and really good coffee."
