“There is no AC, still the portable fan available is only for 1 room at the time.the bedroom is very small, 1 foot on either side of the bed, bed is also very low to the floor. The front door lock is very uneasy to to open.”

“This VRBO was very clean, easy to locate, central to transportation and other amenities. The host was extremely communicative and patient. Would definitely recommend to others!”

“Amazing location only a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.I had read the previous reviews, so knew it was small, but probably didn’t expect it to be so small that we had to rearrange furniture to open the sofa bed. In the end, it really was just a place to sleep, and it was surprisingly quiet at night, given the area. The bathroom needs a good refresh, but everything worked well and was clean. The washing machine was a plus, but a drying rack would have been useful.I would recommend this apartment...

“We stayed in this lovely apartment for about a week while visiting Paris. The location was wonderful, with restaurants and cafes within minutes of walking. The closest metro station is a simple 4-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and cozy, the housekeeping was friendly and attentive, and the hosts were accommodating and welcoming. We would definitely choose to stay at this location again should we visit Paris in the future.”

“Nicole was really great to communicate with; there is construction happening right outside the door; this was fine for us as we were on the go each day but if you need quiet during the day this will be a consideration during summer of 2024.”

“The host Patrick was very easy to work with. He accommodated our times for check-in and check out and even arranged a van for us and all our luggage, four senior women. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were quiet with blackout cut, we all slept soundly. It's in a great location, very easily accessible to Metro and trains. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“Very nice property, conveniently located. Close to all the major sites in Paris. Apartment is as advertised, with individual air conditioners in all but one room. Eclectically decorated by the property owner who is a very accomplished professional artist. She is also a one-of-kind host, with outstanding personalized service, including daily delivery of an assortment of fresh croissants and baguettes that got our family of 7 off to a fresh start every morning. You won’t find a more thoughtful...
