“At first, we were given a room in which the bed was not made, like when it’s used. Went back down at the front desk and we were given a different room that’s cleaned and made. they made things right. What they can make an improvement on is the cleanliness near the elevators, the non-carpet area seems sticky. And the elevator floors as well. ”

“My family and I traveled for my granddaughter's visit to Cook Hospital. It was clean, good handicap shower and cool air conditioning. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice before her Dr. appointments.”

“We had a nice a quiet overnight stay before we continued our cross country trip east. I do wish this place offered late checkout..we got there at 2 am and it would have been nice to get a little more sleep before checkout at 11. The park behind the hotel was excellent to take my 2 dogs out for a little walk before we left.”
