“Great location with walking distance to everything! 25 min to Vatican, 30 to Colosseum for example. A lot of restaurants very close by. We absolutely loved the location! Good size of room and comfortable beds. Very firm pillows though! Absolutely not soundproofing rooms! It was very noicy from the other rooms (we could hear speaking, people arguing, music etc from other rooms) and the sound from staff cleaning or other guests was what woke us up every morning. Very little noice from the street...

“The room was dirty, the bedding was dusty, the restroom sink and bathroom disgusting. The AC was broken, the elevator was broken. The facility is not nice, the rooms are very small. Was not happy with my experience, did not end up staying here, had to book another room elsewhere. Save your money and book a different facility”

“This place was clean, comfortable, had great air conditioning and Massimo (the host) was great. We had some issues with the toilet and washer but he was always available to help and resolve the issues. All in all a great stay. Just a few minutes walk to the train and metro station - was super convenient. Close to restaurants - there are plenty of places to get food and a great gelato place around the corner.”

“Not really as it was in the photo. They own many apartments in Rome, so you don't necessarily get the one you have seen. Also, getting the keys was not as convenient as it should have been. The place itself wasn't nice. Needs a cleaning and paint.”
