“There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. “Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. Owner was very communicative and was willing to offer many suggestions for beaches and...

“So many things wrong. One bathroom was unavailable and under construction with feminine products left in the toilet. It seems someone was living or staying within the sliding glass room on the side of the home. A loud tv was playing from there but no one answered and the door was locked. Did not see any garage parking. Ice maker was frozen and silver fish were on the counter. No reply from the owner when we attempted to contact after arriving, so we left after two hours.”

“Really nice place in a really nice spot! The host only communicated when necessary. Walking distance to the beach and plenty to do in the area. Only downside was the bathroom smelled strongly of sewer gas. ”

“The place is great! It is small but was great for me and my two kids. Personally I think a different sitting area would be great in place of the pool table. But that is likely just a personal preference. Also the mattress on the bed is way to hard. Great host. Great area. Loved it!”

“The property was well kept and secured! I was traveling with my family for my son's farewell vacation prior to heading out for college... The kitchen set up was perfect for breakfast's prior to heading out for the day. There is a small grocery store on the road headed out toward the main road which was also very convenient for all of our needs! I would definitely look to forward to booking this space again if I'm on this side of the Island again.”
