“Nice place really near to al the monuments”

“Arguably the nicest property I can recall staying at. Huge amount of space for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked and super valuable after a quick stop to the nearby market. Beautiful building and unit. Super quiet. Full service staff. Valentina was a gem in making sure our stay and visit were perfect (arranging transportation, tips and recommendations, special needs). Super fast elevator. We enjoyed Venice and would come back just to stay here again. ”

“The host had someone meet us at the Water Taxi station and bring us to the apartment, which was excellent! The apartment is great- clean and comfortable. Venice is magical. If you have an early flight, you will need to get a private water taxi or walk about 35 min to a road where an Uber can pick you up. I would definitely recommend this property- it’s close to everything. You can walk the whole island. ”

We immediately contacted Hotels.com, but they refused to refund us because the hotel did not approve it. Despite having clear evidence that the property does not match its description, Hotels.com refuses to refund money or remove it from their platform.
