Discovering the canals was an unexpected highlight of the trip, and a great location for downtime. While we didn’t take advantage of it, Jill is well equipped with beach fun, bikes and in the kitchen.”

“Loved this property. In spite of the proximity to a busy street, we found it quiet enough and safe. Curbside parking is iffy, so we opted to spend the additional $20 for the secure garage. Just wish we had time to enjoy the rooftop seating area and fire pit. Everything was thoughtfully appointed. Will definitely try to stay here again!”

“This house has just about everything for a good time. From the sauna to the arcade and the fabulous rooftop, this house is packed with great features. My family loved it and didn't want to leave. The pool heater keep the water perfect, even for swimming in colder February temperatures. Spa was toasty hot. Justin is a fantastic host. He is kind and responsive. Just book it, you won't be disappointed!”

Beds were very comfy and the home is really cool. Awesome layout and lots of eclectic touches. Tia was very helpful & a really great host, easy to communicate with before & during our stay. Backyard was a favorite hangout spot during sunny days and also at night. Had fun watching the NCAA Women’s Finals on the big projector...

“The house handled the 7 of us well. It was two grandparents, two parents and three kids ages 17, 15 and 11. It was a perfect location close to the beach area. It was literally a 3 minute walk to Venice Beach with all its action. Santa Monica was just a few miles up the road. We rented e-bikes and were up there in a flash. Marina Del Ray was about the same distance in the opposite direction. The house was spacious, full of beautiful natural light, and a lovely roof deck (but with a little scary...

“Loved our stay. Everything was as described, and the host provided ample linens, detergent, paper towels, etc. - often have to buy these things ourselves at rental properties pleasant surprise these were all included. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location too. Thank you!!”

“Pros: Located centrally by the hub up of Venice beach, awesome. Private parking spot is a great bonus for the area. Large enough gatherings area for our group of six adults is good. Cons: Building is old and cold with security being questionable due to old windows can't be closed and locked. Drafty old house, doors and windows with no seals and does no longer close securely due to age, along with the heater not properly functioning for the first day. There were cockroaches in the kitchen.”

Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.”

Väggar och golv lövtunna så alla rörelser i rum bredvid hördes väl. Vi hade tre rum och ena rummet luktade sopor under hela vistelsen. Vid vår påpekan om det fick vi veta att det var det vi betalat för och kunde avboka om vi ej var nöjda, ups. Mkt otrevlig dam som tyvärr tog emot vårt ärende.
