“Loved our stay in Venice! Our host was very helpful: allowing early check in with our luggage after long travel day, exceptional directions and easy check in process. The apartment is in a lovely area with lots of charming restaurants. We were a little challenged with the flights of stairs since our rooms were on the top floor. But we were rewarded with lovely views from the balconies. Highly recommend!”

The vaporetto stop and the shopping and dining possibilities of Campo San Giacomo are very close, so it is easy to get to the usual sights but also to enjoy the relative calm of a neighborhood. It is lovely to eat while looking out at the garden (too chilly during our stay to eat outside.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Giovanna’s Casa Michiel. Giovanna established early communication with me, met me at the door and walked me through the spacious, bright and clean apartment. The apartment was also very quiet. The winning feature for this place was location. Located in the Cannaregio district and right above a street lined with wonderful outdoor cafes, gelatos and probably the best cicchetti bar in town.
