“Väldigt litet rum, vi blev övertalade vid incheckningen att uppgraderade oss för att få havsutsikt men fönstret var väldigt litet och i rummet fick det knappast plats mer än en säng. Minsta rum jag bott i! Kändes dock rent och fint och servicen var vänlig. Trappor upp till rummet (och även i rummet) trångt och svårt att bära väskan. Trevlig frukostmatsal med bra frukost. Området tråkigt. Ingenting runt hotellet och det gick inte ens att ta sig ner på stranden. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”

“We had a great stay on the IOW, and this is the perfect base for it. Beautiful house with everything you need. Kids loved it. The facilities are amazing. It's a quick walk to the local pub and shop, and great location to drive anywhere on the island. I would definitely recommend staying here with a family. ”

“Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.”

“We chose this property because the excellent reviews, and we certainly weren't disappointed. For a 'three' generation family holiday it met everyone' s requirements - near lovely beaches, New Forest for walking, horse riding (which proved to be a great success) easy access to shops and pubs etc. The property is clean, extremely well equipped from kitchen facilities to cushions for the garden furniture. There is even nets and buckets for crabbing at Mudeford Quay. Helen, the host, answered any...

“We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic.
