“We rented this house for two nights with another family ( 2 adults and 6 kids) for a fun staycation during Spring Break. The management company was always quick to respond to the few questions I had. The property was clean, had plenty of space for all of us, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was steps away from the front door and delivered in our expectations. We will definitely do this type of vacation more often. ”

“The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location. ”

“Spent a long weekend for an annual holiday trip with the family. We love Hollywood Beach and this house was perfect! Great location and the beach was really nice this side of the harbor. “The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. “Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. “Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) “Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!”
