Detta hem har över 1900 kvadratmeter vardagsrum med bifogade solrum och en 50 fot dÀck med utomhusgrill och spis. Utomhus eldstad med massor av ved. Hemmet har ett delat badrum med dusch och ett stort badrum med badkar och dusch. Det finns fyra privata sovrum och det femte sovrummet med tvÄ enkelsÀngar har en gardin som ger avskildhet frÄn matsalen och vardagsrummet. Du kommer att Àlska fastigheten pÄ grund av platsen och utsikten. Huset har 3 tv med kabel (direkt-tv). Det finns en 52-tums platt skÀrm i det gemensamma vardagsrummet, en tv i sovrummet och en tredje i ett annat sovrum. Fastigheten Àr bra för par, soloÀventyrare, familjer (med barn) och stora grupper. Det Àr 30 minuter till Madison, inom 15 minuter till Vevay, In, 20 minuter till Belterra Casino, 30 minuter till Kentucky Speedway, 11/2 timme till Louisville, 1 timme 20 minuter till Cincinnati och mindre Àn 1 timme till skapelsen Museum.

Exactly what we were looking for

I had booked this property because of the location for an extended weekend. Not really thinking about the beautiful leaves. Our host checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. It was great.

Indiana getaway

House was VERY CLEAN, back deck with awning great. Love the arsy to get to, on walks met nice neighbors. Ramp by pond to floating dock (posted needs repair). Can still fish from deck & our dog had great time swimming for balls. We will be back! timehballsback.back.watere p

Wonderful Escape

This place was a little oasis of peace. My book club spent the weekend relaxing in such a scenic atmosphere. The hosts were communicative and very nice. The checkin and check out process was smooth and easy.

Relax and Unwind

We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! The house was very nice, comfortable and well stocked. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our grandson caught the biggest of many fish caught and we enjoyed many hours on the deck playing games. The people in the area are very friendly and a visit to Shell's for ice cream is a must! Thank you Mark and Janet for sharing your home.

this house was great for our family... very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was in the home. the 4 star for the online listing accuracy was that there is not a hot tub on the property. Otherwise, it is as stated.

Great Place in Vevay!

We brought our grown daughter, her teen and her grown son with wife and 2 babies under 2 yrs. Also, 3 other young adult grand children and a senior aged sister. The place was great. Owner has thought of everything we might need to enjoy our stay. The pictures were accurate, the back deck was fantastic, we used the fire pit one night and it was great. We saw all kinds of wildlife. Caught alot of fish but put them back. Easiest owner to deal with, very flexible and kind.

Beautiful and secluded

The property is beautiful and has great outdoor spaces including the back porch, fishing dock and fire pit. The house has plenty of room for dining and lounging incase the weather is too bad to enjoy the outside. We especially enjoyed the sunroom off of the master suite. The owners are very nice and respond quickly if needed. The property is located about 30 minutes from Madison and 15 minutes from Vevay.

Ark visit

Property was a great location to visit both the Ark and Creation Museum. Plus we had a few days of just quite. Would recommend the property to anyone. The host went above what was expected of him. More fully equiped than normal. Excellent property for peace and quite family time.

Great family reunion

We chose this property because it's equal distance or better for each of us, one 600 miles ease, one 600 miles west and one 350 to the north. Was a great family reunion. We were totally comfortable on this property. Everything was provided that we might have needed or wanted. A really great time in a fabulous location and dwelling.

Excellent House and Hosts

Our stay was wonderful and so relaxing. The property was exactly as pictured including the adorable deer visitors. Mark and Janet were so welcoming and responsive and were very quick to answer all of our questions. They even gave up their TV option so we could watch football, you can’t ask for more than that in a host! I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!!

Annual sisters' get-away

This home is well-maintained and clean!! Everything you could possibly want or need was there. Beds were comfy and the living room was set up with furniture that was perfect for the five sisters to sit comfortably and visit. There are two wonderful tables inside for meals and crafts. The outdoor table (which seats 12) was fabulous for morning coffee, evening drinks or meals for a large group. The grounds were fantastic for exploring in the woods or just catching glimpses from the beautiful picture window of deer and birds and a harvest moon. We would love to return to this little bit of heaven. Thank you

Nice Surprise

If you want a place to kick back and relax with friends or family and enjoy each other‘s company and mother nature, this is the place. Spent a few days with three of my lifelong friends that we have been doing for several years, and I think we found the place that we will be going back to for the years to come. It was a unexpected surprise to see ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and some of the common areas and a huge mechanical awning for the back deck. With 90° days during our stay, it was a lifesaver, . Mark was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay with any questions that we had about the property and very nice to work with. For us, this place checked all the boxes that we have been looking for in a property to get together and catch up. We will definitely be going back.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

You will not be dissapointed! The property and owners Mark and Janet were great! We arrived a little ahead of schedule and were allowed an early check in. Mark's brother was there doing some yard work and we chatted with him for a while and learned a little more about the area. The house was perfect for our group of 9 motorcycle riders. The drivieway and parking area was huge for us to park our trucks and trailers. The pond which does have fish for catch and release was beautiful to sit in the gazebo and enjoy. We enjoyed taking walks around the property, there is a nice firepit area which we didnt use since it was so hot out. The deck is huge with a couple of nice grills for cooking. The house has everything you need for the comforts of home.

Great property

This house and land are amazing! Despite rain, we all had a great time; even managed to get in some swimming and fishing. It was so much more than we expected. The owners were very responsive to emails since the day we booked the house! Highly recommend this property.

July 4th Family Trip 2023

This was a nice get away with our kids and some of their friends. The house was the perfect size for our 8 people and 2 dogs. Everthing was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the ac worked great.We enjoyed walks down the country road and putting puzzles together. Absolutely loved the sunroom! The few downsides were the ramp to the pond was a bit precarious because the water was low and you could sometimes hear the neighbor's music. Other than that is was great! Mark was very quick to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property and we would defini2tely return!
