“This was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade.”

“Sehr schöne Umgebung mit italienischem Flair. Simone hat uns jederzeit bei Fragen unterstĂŒtzt.Die Wohnung ist genau richtig fĂŒr 4 Personen, Abends kann man auf dem kleinen Balkon, die lauen SommernĂ€chte genießen. Nebenbei spielt ein Nachbar Gitarre und singt dazu...was wĂŒnscht man sich mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min zu Fuss (Penny). Alles andere ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Bahnhof ca 15 min Fußweg und Strand ebenfalls. 2 StĂŒhle plus Schirm sind uns zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt worden....

“We stayed here for 5 days and overall had a great time. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated her support.The only downside was the cleanliness. For a property that charges 80 for end-of-stay cleaning, we expected...

“We were 8 people spending 10 days at Pietros house. Everything was better than we expected. The pool and the beach is very close and clean. We really liked the beach club which included a tent, loungers and beach towels. The house is clean and had everything we needed. Pietro is very friendly and helped us with everything we asked for such as taxi reservations and tips on excursions. We really recommend this house and Pietro as a host.”

“Wir waren als Ehepaar mit unserem kleinen Chihuahua, ĂŒber Silvester fĂŒr eine Woche, als Gast, bei Monica. Monica hat uns sogar ein Bett fĂŒr den kleinen besorgt, obwohl wir natĂŒrlich unser eigenes dabei hatten. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage um ans Meehr zu gelangen oder in der Stadt spazieren zu gehen. Es ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit gehobener QualitĂ€t. Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke, Caffe und Restaurants ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ausstattung in KĂŒche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer...
