âSehr schöne Umgebung mit italienischem Flair. Simone hat uns jederzeit bei Fragen unterstĂŒtzt.Die Wohnung ist genau richtig fĂŒr 4 Personen, Abends kann man auf dem kleinen Balkon, die lauen SommernĂ€chte genieĂen. Nebenbei spielt ein Nachbar Gitarre und singt dazu...was wĂŒnscht man sich mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min zu Fuss (Penny). Alles andere ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Bahnhof ca 15 min FuĂweg und Strand ebenfalls. 2 StĂŒhle plus Schirm sind uns zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt worden....

âThis was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina.
A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade.â

âWe stayed here for 5 days and overall had a great time. The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything youâd want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a bit of a language barrier, she was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable. Really appreciated her support.The only downside was the cleanliness. For a property that charges 80 for end-of-stay cleaning, we expected...
