Simone hat uns jederzeit bei Fragen unterstützt.Die Wohnung ist genau richtig für 4 Personen, Abends kann man auf dem kleinen Balkon, die lauen Sommernächte genießen. Nebenbei spielt ein Nachbar Gitarre und singt dazu...was wünscht man sich mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min zu Fuss (Penny). Alles andere ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Bahnhof ca 15 min Fußweg und Strand ebenfalls. 2 Stühle plus Schirm sind uns zur Verfügung gestellt worden....

“This was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina. A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade.”

“Die Wohnung in Viareggio ist wirklich schön. Direkt an der Promenade mit Seeblick, Supermarkt 50m entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist vorbildlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Obergeschoss erreicht man über eine schmale Treppe und ist etwas niedrig. Leider sind die Etagen nicht gedämmt, so dass man durch den Holzboden sehr gut die Gespräche von unten nach oben oder umgekehrt hören kann. (Fanden unsere Kinder nicht so toll) Insgesamt war der Preis schon hoch, aber das kann auch an dem Ort liegen,...

The location is excellent just steps from the beach and close to everything you’d want in Viareggio.Alessandra, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. “Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und war sehr gemütlich und sauber.Beim Check-In sprach man kein deutsch und nur gebrochen englisch, wodurch die Einweisung hätte besser sein können. Dann folgte die erste Ernüchterung, obwohl wir auf Fe-Wo Direkt einen Filter auf Parkplatz gesetzt haben und bei Annehmlichkeiten, "Parkplatz auf dem Gelände verfügbar" steht, wurde uns mitgeteilt das es keinen Parkplatz gibt, dies auf der eigenen Internetseite auch nicht stehend würde, und auf der Strasse geparkt...

“As a short term let for a young family I would not recommend this apartment. There was very little of the usual provisions like salt, olive oil, wash up liquid. There’s a spiral stair case and very low ceiling in the attic. And there’s no mosquito screens. However, to be fair, the apartment was reasonably cheap, reasonably well located, and was clean. The management company were responsive although I still don’t know what the situation was with bins.”

"What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was excellent — great selection and fresh ingredients, a really good start to the day. The pool area is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing, and the atmosphere there is superb. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight. The seafood was beautifully prepared, and I’d warmly recommend their “speciality” — order it, you won’t be disappointed. The view makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended, and we’ll happily be back!"

Our stay began with a guided tour of the property, where we learned about its history and beautiful restoration—a thoughtful touch that I especially appreciated as an interior designer. Breakfast was beautifully presented in a magnificent dining room. We chose to dine on the terrace for the view, but the restaurant itself was excellent. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Exceptional service, stunning interiors, a fantastic restaurant, a beautiful terrace, and a perfect location."
