"The staff were the best thing about this hotel. I had a horrible night where I barely got sleep due to neighboring guest leaving their child in the room and the door had to be opened by the fire dept at 2:30 AM. Also for breakfast, they ran out of potatoes which I was expecting staying at the embassy. ..."

"Helpful when it comes to shuttling to/from airport. Ridiculously bad breakfast. We got stuck in the elevator. The faucet came shooting out of the wall when I was in the shower."

"The staff was amazing. We were running late, and I had questions. I texted them, and they responded immediately. They were so helpful and kind. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to stay."
