"The young man that works the front desk needs training how to talk to costumers. He was snippy, full of attitude..didn’t crack a smile. We are not the only ones that noticed, as had a chat with others while walking down the hallway."

"The residence is hard to find, they need to put better instructions on the check in details. Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned.
