The Space
This home offers 6 full bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living areas, a game room, and a stunning back yard that includes swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, bbq, Smart tv, ping pong table, 3 fire pits, and a spacious entertainment area.

Our Property accommodates up to 13 guests, with the remaining guests required to be children or toddlers. (pack n play) and Crib available.

Bedroom #1: Casita with King bed with Smart TV. Fireplace does not work.

Bath #1- Full bathroom next to Casita Bedroom - with double vanity, stand up shower, walk in closet, hairdryer, walk in closet with 2 pack n plays and 2nd highchair.

Bedroom #2: Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle Bed (Attached to bedroom 1)

Bath #2 Full bath with single vanity, stand up shower and hairdryer. Attached to Bedroom #2


Bedroom #3: Features King Size bed (Fireplace does not work.)

Bath #3 Full Bathroom with double vanity, tub/shower combo.
Jack and Jill bathroom located between Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4.

Bedroom #4: Bunkbeds Full/Full size bed with smart TV and closet.

Bedroom #5: Queen Bed and closet.

Bathroom #4: Full Bathroom with double vanity and stand up shower. Attached to Bedroom #5

Bedroom #6: 2 Queen beds with Smart TV.

Bathroom #4.5- Half Bathroom located across from laundry room.

Game room: (Garage) Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The game room is equipped with air hockey, foosball, shuffle board, skee ball, pop a shot and 4 arcade machines.


Outdoor area: Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun and take a dip in the swimming pool or jacuzzi after a few games of Ping pong.

Enjoy any of the 3 fire pits and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

This property is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood.

Other Details To Note
Pool may be heated for additional cost, please inquire if you are interested in having the pool heated during your stay!

The Fireplaces inside are deactivated for safety reasons.

We do not host birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or special events. This is a family friendly neighborhood

Additional House Rules
Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood, and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
No music in backyard at all times.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors' yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties or events at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Must be 25+ to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-New Years Eve & New Years Day
