“We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome”

The staff took good care of the house, garden and pool and the house were very spacious as well as the garden. Todi is a lovely little town with fantastic views and good restaurants. The is a couple of other really nice towns/villages 30-40 min away from the house and also the wine district of Montefalco is close by so we had no problems to entertain ourselves for 14 days. Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. Der Pool war perfekt und die sieben Badezimmer ein toller Luxus. “My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed.
