Nice home walking distance to Performing Arts Center
The house was nice, clean, spacious, comfortable and had coffee and snacks for our enjoyment. The beds were comfortable. The wrap around porches were a nice place to hang out. We walked to the Pefrorming Arts Center and enjoyed a performance by The Steeldrivers. The acoustics of the PAC are amazing!

Just what we needed!
My husband and I needed to find a place to stay in Walhalla, with our dog, on very short notice. We hoped to find lodging that was sufficient, but we found just what we needed. The Walhalla Room of the Lofts on Main is divine. So comfortable and beautifully appointed. It was our escape for calm and comfort during a sad time. Our dog was perfectly content to watch the world go by from the shopfront windows - when he wasn't snoozing in one of his new favorite spots. We're so looking forward to returning and getting the full enjoyment of this lovely space. Thanks to our hosts for the kindness and thoughtful touches included in the space.

Really enjoyed our stay! Was so nice to stay in a clean and nice place that allows behaved pets!
What a great place! Highly recommend. Exceeded our expectations. We even ran into the cleaning lady when exiting and she was so sweet and seemed to have a good report with the owner. It was icing on the cake to know these places support individual local jobs as well as accommodating out of town guests. Everything is beautiful, and spacious. Will tell others of our stay and recommend to friends! Thanks so much!

Weekend Getaway
Everything was as described - nice relaxing weekend. I will say if you plan to visit, a lot things are closed on Sunday/Monday so plan accordingly. Would definitely book again.

Cozy and convenient
Absolutely LOVELY little loft right in the down town strip. My partner and I stayed for two days with our dog. Most restaurants were walkable and there are several cute shops along the main road. Ten minutes from countless hiking trails and I do mean some gorgeous hiking trails. The only downside for this spot is how noisy it is. They really did preserve most of the original building and that means minimal insulation. If you are a light sleeper or you have dogs that are startled by car doors, loud noises or police sirens I suggest you bring a white noise machine. Overall fantastic stay. Would absolutely come back.

Oconee County hiking trip
The loft we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Lots of cute accents which showed the owners were doing their best to make your stay in Walhalla a great experience. After a couple days of hiking the trails close to Walhalla, the loft was a pleasure to come back to. We enjoyed the sitting area between the two lofts and could easily walk to a nearby tap house or restaurants. Would highly recommend this place for a Oconee county hiking trip. It is top notch.

Wonderful for anniversary!
My wife and I were in Anderson to share with family that we are expecting. It was also the weekend of our 1st anniversary! It just so happened to be the craft fair too so we had a wonderful time. The owners communicated perfect and the property was beautiful and so clean. They have a real treasure! We fully recommend

Walhalla Getaway
The loft was beautiful...like something out of a magazine! The owner got right back with me when I had any questions about what was near the location and with our check in codes. This was a surprise short getaway I planned for my husband. We love this town!!! The shops and restaurants were in walking distance and everyone was so nice everywhere we went! We will definitely be back and will be bringing our family...they will love it!

Unique decor that embraced the age of the building
Gorgeous clean room with rustic look but with all the modern amenities and little nice touches. In a great downtown location next to shops and restaurants. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday eve so not a lot open but still good strolling down the street and to the nearby park.

Clean, Unique Property in Walhalla
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Walhalla, and the convenient location of this property was an important factor. The location was ultra convenient for grabbing some nice beers from the tap room nearly hidden behind the building, enjoying wine & beers at the nearby wine bar, dinner at the Hungry Hiker, and pizza. The unit is very unique and it’s evident a lot of thought was given in the development and decorations. We are tidy people and appreciative of the cleanliness, too. Thanks to Meagan for sharing this property!

43 Anniversary Trip
Loved it. The walls, furniture, and decor were all eclectic but blend many different styles perfectly. The bathroom sink stopped up on us and needs fixing so we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink, but we survived. For me, it is a perfect place to stay when I visit my sister in Seneca or come on a buying trip. I would love to visit the other room.

Cool updated vintage place
Stayed there one night as a staging location for long hike on the Foothills Trail. Overall ambiance and appearance are way cool and just like photos show. Surprisingly, no photos of bathroom or shower which were quite unique. Located on Main Street in a small town, but it reminded us of the "big city" based on noise. First, much of the place is original (including windows), so street noise is prominent. Second, perhaps not much insulation between unit and the adjoining unit so we could clearly hear the neighbors talking, especially when we were in the bathroom. Lastly, Keurig coffee pods were provided, but they were all flavored, so we would suggest adding some good old-fashioned plain coffee. Other than those 3 things (which we considered minor), the place was delightful and we would return.

Mini Vacay!
My husband and I wanted to visit the other side of SC where I had never spent much time and my husband had stayed briefly for a year in college. We had the best time visiting places near Walhalla despite the COVID19 stuff going on. It was nice to have such a beautiful place to stay that was between the places we wanted to visit. We found the place to be well equipped, clean, comfortable and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the large shower and beautifully appointed bathroom. That’s an area that wasn’t in the pictures and was an unexpected, lovely surprise. We’d visit this place again! Like another reviewer said, it’s so much like the picture and more!

Great weekend escape
The Loft was exactly as pictured, The town was really cute. We had a fantastic meal ath three amigo's mexican & I don't really like mexican food. There were two different craft beer and wine bars. Highlands NC was close by so we spent the afternoon shopping there after a early waterfall hike then headed over to leke keowee for a swim.
