"Start with the positives, the front desk staff were great and helpful, the room itself was small but did the job, with a great location near Kings Cross. Double Bed is probably only big enough for one i think but it is not a massive deal.
My main gripe stems from the housekeeping staff upon my checkout day, i booked the late checkout until 3pm for 25 quid directly with point a hotel which housekeeping seemed completely unaware of, they insisted i leave the room although i had paid for it, they left after a minute to clarify and i assumed that was it. Come to 2pm and again i received a knock from them asking if i was finished with the room.
Upon checkout the desk staff were lovely and profusely apologised, refunding the 25 pound fee and informed me that the head housekeeper was not in, hence the confusion from housekeeping.
Although the last day was annoying, in general, the rest of the stay was fine and it was good value for money"
