Nearby, there are also several points of interest worth visiting, such as the Iluzjon Cinema, Nowy Teatr International Cultural Center, Museum of Cursed Soldiers and Political Prisoners of the Polish People's Republic, and the Geological Museum.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there is a wide selection of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, service points, and entertainment venues.
